How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on $100 orders or more (before tax).

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for custom products. This timeframe may vary based on the level of customization, revision requests, peak seasons, holidays and your location. Digital Downloads are available immediately.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the time and creative design invested in customization, refunds are not accepted on any of our custom items. Each customer is allotted (2) revisions and will receive photos/proofs for their approval, prior to production. Once the items are accepted by the mailing carrier, DIGI SAMIAM no longer assumes responsibility and/or liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will provide the required documentation and tracking to ensure that we fulfilled our direct obligations in hopes of a timely delivery. Should a customer encounter technical difficulties with our digital downloads, the customer must inform us in writing, via email, within 48 hours of receipt of the product, detailing the issue they're having and provide supporting pics.

How do I make changes to my custom order?

Once you've uploaded your clear photo and special instructions (color, text, font, etc.) during checkout, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Please note a maximum of (2) revisions are allowed prior to your order being finalized. Additional revisions will result in a $25.00 Additional Fee for each revision made. This may also impact the delivery of your items. We will provide pictures of the final design and your signature will be required for final approval.

Once we have your approval, any additional changes requested after this timeframe will not honored and the order will be canceled. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZATION & TIME INVESTED IN THE INITIAL ORDER!

What info should I provide for my custom order?

During checkout, you'll see an option to provide special instructions, color, fonts, custom message/name and upload clear photos. Providing the exact hex code of the preferred color is most helpful!

When should I add a design fee?

We welcome your logos and designs for our custom orders. In the event that you don't already have a design, a design fee must be added during checkout to process your order.

Simply list the details of your custom design in the Special Instructions section on the checkout page and select the $25.00 add-on check-box.

You will receive a preview of the design prior to moving forward and a maximum of (2) revisions are allowed, at no additional cost. Any additional revisions will incur a $25 design fee for each revision.
