Returns
All Items are Final Sale! Returns, refunds and cancellations of any kind are not permitted at this time and exchanges of equivalent value are honored at the seller's discretion.
Due to the time and creative design invested in customization, refunds are not accepted on any of our custom items. Each customer is allotted (2) revisions and will receive photos/proofs for their approval, prior to production. Once the items are accepted by the mailing carrier, DIGI SAMIAM no longer assumes responsibility and/or liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will provide the required documentation and tracking to ensure that we fulfilled our direct obligations in hopes of a timely delivery. Should a customer encounter technical difficulties with our digital downloads, the customer must inform us in writing, via email, within 48 hours of receipt of the product, detailing the issue they're having and provide supporting pics.

An exchange of equivalent value may be honored at the sellers discretion for any errors and/or omissions on custom items that may have been overlooked in comparison to the initial purchase, request and/or uploaded photos of the item provided by the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, your custom item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Purchase Options
There are (3) purchase options:
- Instant Downloads: Digital files that are available once your payment is confirmed.
- Custom Downloads: Digital items that are made-to-order and customized by the seller based on your specifications and uploaded photos after your purchase is complete. These items are emailed to you upon completion.
- Custom Purchases: Physical items that are made-to-order and customized by the seller based on your specifications and uploaded photos after your purchase is complete. These items are shipped to you upon completion.
I can’t find my download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding our email support@digisamiam.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
I’m having trouble downloading my files
If your download is unsuccessful when you click on the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller directly via our Chat Service and/or email at support@digisamiam.com for further assistance.
The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

When will I receive my Custom Item?
The delivery window for made-to-order items is based solely on the discretion of the seller. Please coordinate with the seller directly via our Chat Service and/or email at support@digisamiam.com to establish the required processing and completion estimate for your order.
Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. In the event your item is a custom physical product, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated arrival date.
I purchased a digital item, but I changed my email
All instant digital downloads are accompanied with a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the completion of your purchase.
Custom made-to-order digital items will be emailed upon completion. Custom physical items will be processed and shipped upon completion. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly via our Chat Service or email at support@digisamiam.com to discuss further.
I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via our Chat Service or email at support@digisamiam.com within (48) hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve properly.
